Living with Chronic Pain & Illness Group
Are you carrying the weight of chronic pain or illness in your daily life? Do you feel like it is limiting your experiences and maybe even stifling your potential? Living with chronic conditions extends beyond physical symptoms—it profoundly affects your relationship with your body and reshapes your future outlook. Many grapple with feelings of loss, mourning not only what could have been but also the daily reality of navigating life in a body that feels different or unpredictable. Social relationships may need reevaluation as you explain your symptoms to others or withdraw to cope.

We recognize that managing chronic pain or illness is a complex journey intertwining mental and physical well-being, often requiring new ways of understanding and self-care.
Join our group to:
- Understand your nervous system’s response to chronic pain and illness.
- Learn about emotional processes and their functions.
- Practice coping strategies that build resilience.
- Explore mindful awareness and its impact on chronic conditions.
- Engage in research-based exercises to coexist more comfortably with your pain or illness.
- Connect with others who share similar challenges.
Together, we’ll help you develop a new relationship with your pain or illness. You may find new ways to live more fully. Through education, practice, and group support, you’ll gain valuable insights to navigate this journey.
