I help children and adults untangle emotional overwhelm and reconnect with a sense of clarity and ease. My approach is warm, curious, and collaborative, offering practical tools alongside space to understand what’s going on.

Adults
Mental health crises, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, burnout, and suicidal ideation
Anxiety, depression, and ADHD can make everyday life feel like it requires more than you have. Whether it’s restlessness, self-doubt, or simply the exhaustion of working hard and still feeling stuck, these experiences are real and they deserve real attention.
I work with children and adults who are navigating emotional overwhelm, mental health crises, and the particular challenges that come with neurodivergence. My approach is warm, curious, and collaborative. I bring practical tools into the work, and I take the time to understand what is actually happening for each person I sit with.
With seven years of experience in human services, I have supported people through some of the most difficult moments of their lives, including acute mental health crises, suicidal ideation, and questions of gender identity. I create a space that is accepting, kind, and genuinely empowering. Wherever you are starting from, that is exactly where we begin.
I offer a free 20-minute consultation to help you get a sense of whether we are a good fit. You are welcome to reach out through the practice contact form or by calling the office.
Warm and Collaborative
Sessions are a conversation, not a prescription. We work together to understand what’s happening and figure out what would actually help.
Trauma-Informed
Safety and pacing matter. I recognize how past experiences can shape present-day struggles and hold that awareness throughout our work.
Practical Skill-Building
Alongside the reflective work, I offer concrete tools for managing anxiety, regulating emotions, and building steadier ground day to day.
Neurodivergence-Affirming
I work with ADHD and other neurodivergent presentations without pathologizing them. Different minds deserve approaches that actually fit.
